Our Founders
Sophia Rödiger
She is the founder and CEO of bloXmove, a business psychologist, an author and has been shaping innovation, transformation and marketing initiatives in the digital mobility environment for over seven years. Most recently, she led the global startup hub as well as global transformation at Daimler Mobility. As a design thinking coach and yoga trainer, she combines the theory and practice of effective creativity methods and potential development. Sophia is particularly committed to #womenintech as well as #femalefounders and supports international networking and visibility for women.
Dr. Harry Behrens
The CTO and co-founder of bloXmove has been working in the software and internet industry for more than 20 years. He has been involved with the topic of blockchain and DLT since 2012. In 2017 he was able to incorporate his interest and knowledge which he privately acquired into his job as IT manager at Daimler Financial Services and later as the head of the Daimler Mobility Blockchain Factory. He is an expert and evangelist for technology and applications of Blockchain for finances and mobility.
Bernd Hanisch
The third co-founder and CFO of bloXmove has studied Economics and Organizational Sciences and received his Diplom Management degree from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich in 1998. He has over 20 years of experience in fleet management in various companies. His expertise lies within finance, operations as well as eMobility.
